Exercises to reduce arthritic pain

mmThese exercises have proven to be extremely beneficial in addressing the troublesome issues I face with one of my knees. For approximately a year, I struggled to walk normally; however, since I started these exercises, I am once again able to walk long distances and engage in sports such as skiing. There is no longer any necessity for ointments, pain relief medications, or surgical procedures.
mmPrior to commencing the exercises, my doctor suggested the possibility of a prosthetic knee, as nothing appeared to alleviate my condition. Yet, since 2018 and incorporating these exercises into my routine, I have not needed to pursue such options nor returned to the doctor regarding this particular issue.

mmBelow, you will find a video that addresses a select number of significant aspects concerning the therapeutic philosophy underlying it, along with some general guidance on how to perform the exercises.
mmThe second video presents exercises aimed at alleviating knee pain, while the third video focuses on exercises for shoulder pain.
